Biblical
The Bible shapes our preaching, teaching, worship, discipleship, and life together.
Colony Ridge Baptist Church is being established to serve English- and Spanish-speaking families with clear Bible teaching, genuine fellowship, and the good news of Jesus Christ.
We believe a church should know its neighbors, preach the Bible faithfully, share the gospel clearly, care for families, and send believers into everyday life as followers of Jesus.
The Bible shapes our preaching, teaching, worship, discipleship, and life together.
We are being planted to love and serve Colony Ridge and the surrounding communities, not simply to hold services.
Our vision includes meaningful ministry in both English and Spanish as the church grows.
We want to make disciples here and help send the gospel beyond our own neighborhood.
We exist to glorify God by proclaiming Jesus Christ, helping believers mature in faith, building a loving church family, and serving the people God has placed around us.
Colony Ridge Baptist Church is being established as a mission work of Twinland Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, with a desire to grow into a healthy, self-supporting local congregation.
Colony Ridge Baptist Church is not being launched in isolation. We are beginning as a mission work under the care of an established Missionary Baptist congregation.
Twinland Missionary Baptist Church in Houston provides the sponsoring-church relationship for this mission work as Colony Ridge Baptist develops toward an organized local congregation.
We want supporters to know what the church is building, what needs are being addressed, and how ministry partnerships are helping the work move forward.
As supporting churches, missionaries, and ministry partners are formally added, we will list those relationships here so visitors and donors can see the network behind the work.
Our public statement of faith tells the story of Scripture from creation to new creation and centers everything on Jesus Christ.
There is one true God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Under Christ and His Word, the congregation shares responsibility for the life, doctrine, discipline, and mission of the church.
Faith cannot be coerced. We affirm liberty of conscience and the responsibility of every person to respond to God.
Every church is called to make disciples, baptize believers, teach Christ’s commands, and help carry the gospel to the world.

A Bible-centered Baptist congregation focused on evangelism, discipleship, families, community service, and long-term bilingual ministry.
Early support helps with launch needs, outreach, ministry resources, meeting space, future property planning, and the practical work required to establish a permanent local church.
We especially value long-term relationships with churches that want to pray with us, send people, support specific ministry needs, or become regular financial partners.
Contact us and we can provide current information about the church plant, ministry priorities, sponsorship, and specific needs.
